Recently, Weifang Science and Technology Bureau announced the list of winners of Weifang 2022 Science and Technology Award. Shandong Yongchuang Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected for the project of "Research on Synthesis and Application of Ceramic Furfural Ketone Resin for Space Rocket Engine Nozzle Low ablative Carbon/Carbon Materials".
The new ceramic furfural ketone resin developed by our company, as a precursor material of low ablation and ceramic carbon/carbon materials, is applied to the nozzle of space rocket engine to improve the anti ablation performance of carbon/carbon throat lining materials, improve the energy efficiency of engines, and reduce the cost of thermal structure materials of engine throat lining. It will become one of the key basic materials of space rocket engines.
At the same time, as the precursor matrix, it can be widely used in anti-oxidation modified carbon/carbon materials and ceramic matrix composites, and has the potential to become the key raw materials in the medical field, the battery electrode materials in the new energy field, the brake disc materials in the transportation field and other civil fields. The breakthrough of the project technology of the company has strengthened the basic research and system construction in the field of new materials, broken through the bottleneck of industrial preparation, actively developed the military civilian shared special new materials, accelerated the two-way transfer and transformation of technology, and promoted the military civilian integration development of the new material industry.
