Usage method
mixture ratio
Sand: 100
Resin: 1.5% - 2.0% (sand weight)
Curing agent: 20% - 30% (weight of resin)
First, mix the sand with the special curing agent for furan resin in the hot core box, and then add the furan resin in the hot core box to mix well to produce the sand injection mold (core). The curing temperature is 220-280 ℃, and the curing time depends on the size of sand mold (core).
Packaging specification
Sealed in 230/240 kg iron drums or as required by customers.
