Usage method
1. Selection of curing agent
When using sulfonic acid curing agent, the operator shall select the appropriate type of curing agent according to the sand temperature, room temperature, air humidity and the needs of different curing speeds, and adjust its dosage to ensure the proper curing speed and sand strength. The higher the total acid value is, the faster the curing speed is.
2. Dosage of curing agent
The dosage of curing agent varies with different use conditions. Generally, the dosage of curing agent accounts for 30-70% of the resin dosage.
3. Control of curing speed
The normal curing speed shall be controlled within 10-90 minutes according to the casting size, and it is better to demould within 15-40 minutes. If the curing speed is too slow, the addition amount of curing agent shall be appropriately increased (generally not more than 70%) or the curing agent with faster curing speed shall be replaced; If the curing speed is too fast, properly reduce the amount of curing agent (generally not less than 30%) or replace the curing agent with a slower curing speed.
4. Join Order
After the mold (core) sand is mixed with curing agent, resin is added, and then sand is produced after mixing.
Safety matters
1. The curing agent and resin shall be stored separately. It is strictly prohibited to mix the curing agent and resin directly to prevent explosion.
2. The sulfonic acid curing agent is a medium acidic solution. The operator should wear acid proof protective equipment, especially not to let it splash into the eyes. If the curing agent will cause slight irritation or allergy to the human body in contact with the skin, it should be washed with plenty of water or treated according to the severity of the situation.
3. Pay attention to antifreeze in winter.

Packed in plastic drums with a net weight of 25kg, 230kg and 240kg, and packed in drums with a net weight of 1000kg or as required by customers.
