Usage method
Mix ratio:raw sand (regenerated sand): 100%
resin: 0.8-2.0% (by weight of sand)Organic ester curing agent 20-25% (by weight of sand)。
Sand mixing process: First mix the sand with the curing agent for 1-2 minutes, then add the resin for 1-2 minutes。
Matters need attention
1、The curing agent and resin should be stored separately. It is strictly prohibited to mix the curing agent and resin directly. The empty container should not be cut or heated without cleaning.
2. The resin is alkaline and corrosive. Operators must wear protective equipment, especially to prevent splashes from entering the eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin, it can cause mild irritation or allergic reactions; in such cases, rinse with large amounts of water or seek medical attention depending on the severity of the condition.
3. Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire source and heat source, keep the container sealed, and do not store with oxidizer.
