Product advantages

YTS series water-based casting coatings:

1. It has excellent thixotropy and flowability, and the coating has no brush marks.

2. Good suspension stability and easy to operate and use.

3. Low gas emission can reduce the generation of porosity defects in castings.

4. After drying, the coating does not crack or foam, and the strength at room temperature and high temperature is high.

5. Good anti-sticking, the surface of the casting is smooth and easy to clean.

YTS series water-based casting coatings:

1. Good suspension performance.

2. Excellent rheological properties, especially suitable for line immersion coating operation.

3. Excellent penetration performance.

4. The coating surface quality is high, no accumulation and flow marks.

5. The surface strength of the coating is moderate.

6. Excellent anti-sand performance.

7. The surface quality of the castings produced is high.

Usage method

1. First, open the paint bucket, use a portable pneumatic agitator or other tools to stir the paint evenly, and use a Baume meter to test the Baume degree of the paint.

2. Adjust the density and viscosity of the paint to meet different coating methods by dilution.

3. First, use a pneumatic gun to blow off the residual sand on the surface of the sand mold, then apply the coating evenly onto the surface of the sand mold in the order from top to bottom and from left to right, ensuring that the coating thickness is uniform and consistent without any local areas that are too thin or too thick, otherwise thinner areas of the coating are prone to cracking and bubbling, while thicker areas are likely to stick sand or be difficult to clean. Depending on the casting, the coating thickness is typically controlled between 0.3~0.5mm.

4. The sand mold is dried in a drying furnace and then poured.

5. The coating is suitable for spraying, brushing, flow coating, dip coating and other coating methods.
