Usage method
Sand mixing process
The proportion of the two components can be adjusted within the range of 55/45 to 50/50, which is generally 50:50. If there are more components I, the initial strength of resin bonded sand is high, and the total amount of resin added is generally 1.0-2.0% (sand weight). Intermittent sand mixer first mixes sand with component I for 1 minute, then adds component II and mixes for 2 minutes, and then produces sand for core making after mixing.
Selection of process parameters
This series of products are cored by triethylamine hardening method. triethylamine is mixed with carrier gas, and is generally blown into the core box under the pressure of 0.2MPa. The blowing time depends on the size and geometric shape of the sand core. It takes about 7kg carrier gas to transport 1kg triethylamine, and about 0.45-0.8kg triethylamine to harden 1t core sand.
Packaging And Storage
230/240 kg net weight sealed in iron drums or 1000 kg net weight sealed in IBC ton drums.
The resin shall be stored in a room with 10~30 ℃, ventilation, and free from water, fire, heat source and direct sunlight to avoid resin failure. Especially, the storage period of component II resin meeting the above conditions is half a year.
