Usage method
Raw sand: 100% furan resin: 1.5-2.3% (by weight of sand) sulfuric acid curing agent: 0.2-0.7% (by weight of sand)
Safety matters
1. The curing agent and resin should be stored separately, and the curing agent and resin should not be mixed directly to prevent explosion.
2. The sulfuric acid curing agent is a moderately acidic solution operators must wear acid protection equipment especially to prevent splashes from entering the eyes.
